About PaddockDle
PaddockDle is a free Formula 1 driver guessing game built for fans who live and breathe the paddock. It was created by the team behind the Paddock Talk F1 podcast.
What Is PaddockDle?
PaddockDle is a daily challenge in the spirit of the classic Wordle format, rebuilt specifically for Formula 1. A mystery driver is chosen each day at midnight Eastern Time. Players have six guesses to identify who that driver is, using colour-coded clues about their nationality, team history, career wins, age, and debut year.
The game launched as a passion project after the Paddock Talk team noticed there was no serious, well-maintained F1 guessing game out there. We wanted something that tested real F1 knowledge — not just current-season awareness, but understanding of team histories, careers that span multiple eras, and the statistical quirks that make each driver unique.
Today PaddockDle has four game modes — Daily, Infinite, Duel, and PaddockDle Grid — and a growing community of players who share results, compete on streaks, and challenge friends to head-to-head matches.
What Makes PaddockDle Different
Built for real F1 knowledge
The driver pool spans from 2000 to today — meaning you need to know your Fisichella from your Fittipaldi and your Räikkönen eras from your Ricciardo ones.
Social from the start
Duel Mode lets you challenge friends directly. A server-side fair-play system ensures neither player can cheat by inspecting the network.
Four modes for every mood
One puzzle a day keeps the streak alive in Daily Mode. Unlimited runs in Infinite Mode builds your knowledge. Duel Mode adds competitive stakes. PaddockDle Grid tests your knowledge with a daily 3x3 team and career trivia puzzle.

About Paddock Talk
Paddock Talk is a Formula 1 podcast and content brand dedicated to deep analysis, race breakdowns, driver comparisons, and the stories that don't always make the main broadcast. The show covers each race weekend with pre-race previews, post-race analysis, and occasional deep dives into F1 history.
PaddockDle grew out of the podcast's community. Listeners kept asking for a harder, more F1-specific version of the driver guessing games that were circulating at the time — ones that included team history, career stats, and drivers from multiple generations rather than just the current grid.
