PaddockDle is a free online Formula 1 driver guessing game operated by the Paddock Talk team. The service includes Daily Mode, Infinite Mode, Duel Mode, and associated account and statistics features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access Duel Mode and cloud statistics, you must create a free account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and current information during registration.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the game or its backend systems.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players through Duel Mode or social features.
• Attempt to cheat or gain an unfair advantage in any game mode.
• Impersonate any person, team, or organisation.

5. Intellectual Property

The PaddockDle game code, design, logo, and original content are the intellectual property of the Paddock Talk team. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Driver names, team names, national flags, and motorsport imagery are the intellectual property of their respective owners including Formula 1, the FIA, and individual teams. PaddockDle uses these solely for identification and educational purposes as a fan-made game. We are not affiliated with Formula 1 or the FIA. If you are the owner of any asset displayed on this site and wish to have it removed, please contact us at paddockdlesupport@gmail.com.

6. Privacy

Your use of PaddockDle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Disclaimers

PaddockDle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Driver statistics and data are compiled in good faith but may contain inaccuracies; we accept no liability for decisions made based on game data.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of game progress or statistics due to technical issues.
